V13r Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using any v13r services. Use of this platform means you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the v13r platform — including websites, mobile apps, and related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please stop using the platform immediately.
V13r reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly to stay informed on the latest version. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of those changes.
This platform is for individuals aged 18 and above only. v13r does not accept registrations from anyone below the legal age in their jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security
To fully use v13r services, you must register an account providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Each user is allowed only one account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
- You must provide valid identity information when requested by v13r during account verification.
- You must notify v13r immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
- V13r is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.
- You agree not to share your login details with any third party.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All v13r users must use the platform responsibly and comply with applicable Malaysian laws. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Providing false information or someone else’s identity during registration or any transaction.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt v13r’s systems or platform security.
- Using any unauthorized automation software, bots, or tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in any activity considered fraud, money laundering, or violating Malaysian laws.
- Distributing illegal, obscene, disruptive, or harmful content through this platform.
V13r reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action — including suspending or closing accounts and reporting to authorities — against any user found violating these rules.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the v13r platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring all deposits and withdrawals are made using verified payment methods in their own name.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to v13r’s internal policies and may change from time to time.
- V13r reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any transactions deemed unusual or high risk.
- Any attempt to use another person’s credit card or bank account without authorization violates these terms and may be reported to authorities.
- Completed transactions cannot be canceled except with written consent from v13r.
- V13r is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
V13r is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you deposited within thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
V13r may suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if there is evidence of terms violations, fraud, or behaviour that threatens the platform or other users. Remaining balances will be refunded according to our internal procedures.
All content on the v13r platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface, and software — is the exclusive property of v13r and protected by Malaysian intellectual property laws. Copying, modifying, or distributing any content without written permission is prohibited.
Any links to external websites are provided for convenience only. v13r is not responsible for their content or policies. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law, and disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts with jurisdiction.
